Could you be on stage at Norwich Science Festival 2025?

Norwich Science Festival returns to the city next year, from 15–22 February!

A celebration of all thing’s science, the Festival is a much-loved event in the city’s calendar and draws thousands of visitors from all over Norwich, Norfolk and beyond.

In 2024, we delivered 230 events, worked with more than 120 partner organisations, invited 80+ performers, speakers and contributors to join us, and hosted 70 fantastic stands in The Explorium. And in 2025, you could be a part of the excitement!

Expressions of interest are now open!

Are you a speaker, researcher, performer, scientist, artist, poet, musician or a comedian? Do you have an idea for a show, talk, immersive experience, or other special event that you feel would be a great fit for Norwich Science Festival?

Then we’d love to hear from you! We are open to lots of different kinds of activities or events – our audiences love to be entertained, immersed in a topic, and enjoy a high-quality experience!

Please complete the below Expression of Interest form. Include links to demonstrate your work if possible.

Closing date for all expressions of interest is Sunday 30 June. After this date, the Festival team will assess the suitability of all submissions for our 2025 programme.

Please note that we are taking a slightly different approach to workshops this year. As a result, we are not looking for workshops that are aimed at 5-12 year olds, as these will be programmed separately. However, if you have an idea for workshops for families to take part in together, or for young people and adults, then please do apply!

Please do not use this form if you wish to host a stand in The Explorium. Expressions of interest for stands will open later in the year.

Submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion in the 2025 programme. We receive many applications and unfortunately, cannot accept them all. We may consider some applications for future Festivals.

Apply to host a stand in The Explorium

The Explorium is at the heart of the Festival – for eight days, The Forum’s Atrium and an outdoor heated marquee is transformed into a busy and vibrant space in which visitors of all ages can explore science in a fun, hands-on way!

With an average in 2024 of 8,000 visitors a day, hosting a stand is a fantastic way to reach thousands of people over the course of the week - sharing your expertise and passion, and building on brand awareness.
